Photo Essay: Making Spirits Bright in Nashville

When utility technicians visit the homes of customers, they have a unique opportunity to do more than just deliver products and services—they get to meet those customers and their families.

This holiday season, Xfinity technicians in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee region were asked to nominate some of those memorable customers who they thought were deserving of a special holiday gift.

Early in the morning on Friday, December 15, those same Xfinity technicians couldn’t contain their excitement, and it was easy to tell why: They were about give away one 49” television and one brand-new iPad to two special families within the Nashville community.

Smiles were contagious as the team got ready to spread some serious holiday cheer.

What could possibly be inside that TV-shaped box?

Xfinity’s festive fleet of technicians took to the streets in December, surprising hundreds of customers across the country with brand new televisions, iPads, and gift cards. The reaction from our customers, including these two special Nashville families, was nothing short of memorable.

An iPad may not be as big as a TV, but it’s just as exciting!
